A reputable Company is currently recruiting suitable candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Logistics Lead

Location: Lekki Phase I, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business / Logistics related fields.
  • 3 - 5 years (minimum of 3 years) experience in logistics, preferably in an E-commerce organization.
  • Must be able to direct inbound or outbound logistics operations, such as transportation, and logistics quality management.
  • Be able to Plan routes and load scheduling for multi-drop deliveries.
  • Allocating and recording resources and movements on the transport planning system.
  • Always ensuring that all partners in the supply chain are working effectively and efficiently to ensure smooth operations.
  • Reconcile daily trip performance reports with the tracking system report.
  • Managing drivers and all their related road activities.
  • Able to manage the repair and coordinate with maintenance on all logistics equipment.

Skills:

  • Strong skills in the usage of Microsoft office suites (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Excellent analysis and interpretive skills with high attention to detail.
  • Well organized and a prolific multi-tasker.
  • Flexible and adaptable,
  • Ability to solve problems and make decisions, as well as think laterally and offer creative solutions.
