We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Legal Executive - Finance House

Location: Lagos

Requirements

  • BL / LLB / JD
  • Candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in a Financial Institution
  • Liaise with the Company Secretary on all Legal matters.
  • Assisting in pre and post- meeting activities for the group meetings.
  • Conduct of Legal research and constant monitoring of Legal and regulatory changes that relates to the company
  • As directed by the company secretary, assists in preparation of letters of demand for the company's subsidiaries
  • Monitoring and filling of completed contracts and other corporate documents as directed.
  • Attend to and follow up the company's matters at CAC and other official meetings as directed.
  • Assist the company secretary
  • Going over Legal documents on behalf of the company as directed by the Head Legal Officer / company Secretary.
