We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Learning and Development Assistant

Location: Sagamu, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Identify training needs for staff in collaboration with Managers
  • Develop modules/contents and facilitate training
  • Facilitate Onboarding Process
  • Organize training for the team
  • Co-ordinate Performance Management System
  • Manage the learning and development calendar
  • Implement L & D budget
  • Maintain accurate records of learning and development activity in compliance with procedures
  • Monitor and collate L&D evaluation forms
  • Ensure statutory compliance to Industrial Training Fund

Skills / Abilities

  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Ability to prioritise
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, ERP, HRIS and other related softwares.

Other Requirement:

  • Female Preferable (for gender balance)
