West Africa Vocational Education (WAVE) - Our client, a reputable Catering and Event Services is looking to hire an experienced candidate to fill the position below:

Job Title: Kitchen Supervisor

Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Kitchen Supervisor Duties

  • Experienced in similar role
  • Train and guide kitchen staff in preparation of meals
  • Ensuring meals are prepared according to recipe cards and made to the company standards
  • Quality control for all meals leaving the kitchen
  • Inventory management
  • Works with procurement officer and store keeper to manage, store and properly utilize stock of ingredients
  • Support head chef in planning and creating menus
  • Check food plating and temperature before it’s sent out
  • Maintain sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen
  • Handle weekly meetings with kitchen team
  • Confirm procurements.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2-4 years work experience.

Working Hours:

  • 5 working days, 2 days off. 6am-5pm
  • Open Mondays - Sundays.

Salary and Benefits

  • N80,000 - N100,000 / month
  • Provision for Accomodation.
