We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Kitchen Staff

Location: Enugu
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • Proficient in English. Ability to stand on your feet for several hours and assist the chef with the required task, including serving the guest, cleaning when needed, and supervising kitchen activities. With a desire to learn to cook new delicacies.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the food preparation areas are clean and hygienic
  • Washing utensils and dishes and making sure they are stored appropriately
  • Sorting, storing, and distributing ingredients
  • Washing, peeling, chopping, cutting, and cooking foodstuffs and helping to prepare meals
  • Disposing of rubbish
  • Organizing linen laundry
  • Cleaning the food preparation equipment, floors, and other kitchen tools or areas
  • washing of dishes
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area.
  • Adhere to all instructions given by the Chef

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess SSCE / GCE / NECO with 2-5 years work experience.

  • Understanding the importance of health and hygiene
  • Plenty of stamina
  • A great team player
  • The ability to listen and learn – fast
  • Attention to details
  • Ability to work under pressure

Salary
N30,000 - N40,000 Monthly.
