Job Title: Junior Business Analyst

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full Time

Description

Our client is in need of a young, enterprising and goal driven business analyst.
The candidate is expected to be innovative, have an eye for Business Analysis, Business Development and ability to provide solution to Business problems and challenges.
The candidate should also possess excellent business communication skills especially in Business Writing, and a strong grasp on project management.
The candidate will work with our clientele to help improve their processes and systems by conducting research and business feasibility studies in order to provide solutions to their business problems.
They will also introduce our services to prospective clients. The candidate will mostly support business operations and human resource administration functions.

Key Roles

Review companies and organizations business profiles and identify problems within the business, analyze the structure and formulate ways for business growth
Develop business strategies and approaches by carrying out extensive research and market feasibility studies.
Write, Proofread and Edit Business Proposals, Project and Basic Reports, Letters, and all other business documents.
Source and retain, prospective and existing clients, through carrying out marketing activities and direct contacts.
Participate in networking activities to research & learn the industry, and connect with prospective clients.
Identify new Market opportunities, generate leads and sell the company services to prospective clients.
Negotiate and close deals in line with increasing revenue lines for our services.
Accurate documenting of projects from content creation, development and execution with clear presentation of project scope, budget and justification

Requirements

HND / B.Sc. in Business Administration, Economics or related courses
Experience: 0 - 2 years
Excellent business communication skills especially in writing
Ability to carry out thorough research and conduct Market surveys
Understand Project Management techniques
Ability to Analyze, develop and implement business strategies.
