A food processing company with multiple office locations but the head office at Ikoyl, Lagos and farm sites covering over 3,000 hectares is recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Position: Human Resources Manager

Job Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Job Description

  • Function in an active & influential business advisory rota with management in order to drive business results as it affects human resources.
  • Maintain a pay plan by conducting periodic pay-surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations, preparing pay budgets; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions,
  • Maintain human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, end appraising job performance
  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource Federal & State requirements.

Qualification / Experience

  • Proven work experience as a HR Manager or similar role.
  • Must have B.Sc in Human Resources Management or Organizational Psychology, MSc in HR or relevant certification is a plus. Professional certification In HR (such as CIPM, CIPO, SHRM) is an added advantage.
  • Must have a minimum of 10- 15 years of HR-related experience.
  • Must have In-depth knowledge about the operational needs at the Business; Business-driven with strong financial acumen.
  • Must have a good knowledge of Human Resource Business Manuals, organizational development, talent management, performance management, workforce planning,
  • retention strategies etc.
