A reputable Microfinance Bank located in Ikeja, Lagos State requires the services of suitably qualified candidates for the position below:

Job Position: Head of Operations
Job Location: Lagos

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manages Branch Operations
  • Monitors performance of all branch/operation staff to ensure compliance with the institution's policies and procedure
  • Monitors customer's transactions and preparation of regular monthly reconciliation.

Qualifications & Job Attributes

  • Minimum of first Degree (B.Sc / HND) in any Business related field
  • Minimum of five (5) years' experience in a similar role
  • Microfinance certification or Master's degree in related field will be added advantage.
