Group is a wholesale and retail seller of American laptops, cell phones, air conditioners, generators, surveillance cameras, welding machines, power washers, apparel, etc. Our office is located in Computer Village, Ikeja, Lagos. We are seeking to hire qualified candidate to fill the position below for our office in Computer Village, Ikeja, Lagos:

Job Title: Office Secretary

Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls.
  • Respond to customer inquiries on our marketplaces like Jiji, Jumia and Konga
  • Provide excellent and professional customer service.
  • Provide accurate documentation of sales and inventory.
  • Provide timely updates to the CEO of the company.
  • Works collaboratively with all members of the company

Qualifications

  • Computer usage know-how
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Must be able to commute to Computer Village, Ikeja, Lagos ever day
  • Trustworthy, humble and honest personality without any criminal intention or criminal background.
