We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Account Officer

Location: Abule Egba, Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Handle accounts payable and receivable.
  • Assisting with filing, data entry, and recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial records.
  • Stock valuation for all sales representatives.
  • Reconcile the accounts of the various sales representatives.
  • Inspect sales representative’s invoices for inaccuracies
  • Reconcile accounts with the general ledger
  • Handle general account queries.
  • Handle statutory remittances to all relevant bodies.
  • Look out for ways to ensure cost minimization.

Requirements

  • Must Possess an OND in Accounting or it's equivalent.
  • Must have at least 1 year of relevant experience in the accounting field
  • Must possess Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Must possess the ability to pay attention to detail.
  • Must live around Abule-egba and its environs.
