We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Client Relationship Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • We currently seek an individual passionate about Client Relationship to implement communication strategies that further our goals, promote our brand and deliver commendable customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support in developing avenues to improve customer experience and build brand loyalty.
  • Support in the development and implementation of effective communication strategy.
  • Manage client / sales records and other important data.
  • Support in creating sales pitches, developing clear and effective written proposal / quotations for current and prospective clients.
  • Build trust and long-term relationships with clients / customers.
  • Maintain and expand companyТs customer base.
  • Research market and industry trends.

Qualifications / Experience

  • Minimum of HND / B.Sc in related discipline.
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience in Customer Service / Client Relationship Mgt.
  • Excellent critical thinking skills and ability to exercise good judgment and solve problems quickly and effectively.
  • Preference will be given to candidates who are experienced and are skilled in Digital Marketing.
