Paykobo.com is a leading e-commerce retailer that is into manufacturing, marketing and sales of data card and sales of wide ranges of technology products. Also, helps customers with sourcing technology requirements from all over the world.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: IT Officer
Job Location: Lagos
Joy Type: Full time

Job Description

  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, operating systems, networks.
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
  • Providing technical support to clients
  • Providing training.
  • Providing support including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
  • Install and configure peripherals including scanners, external drives, monitors and other peripheral hardware.
  • Supporting the roll-out of applications.
  • Work continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate).

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Computer Science or related course of study.
  • 1-3 years work experience required.
  • Relevant IT certification will be added advantage.
  • Passionate and Dedicated.
  • Professionalism & Service minded.
  • In-depth knowledge of hardware and software.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Digital savvy.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented and Ability to work to deadlines.
