Job Title: IT Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • The primary role of IT Officer is to oversee and maintain all aspects of a company’s computer infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Assess existing network servers, operating systems and security programs.
  • Upgrade existing hardware and software programs.
  • Install and implement effective security systems.
  • Manage data backup and retrieval processes.
  • Troubleshoot problems with systems and programs.
  • Assist with email creation and internet solutions
  • Provides support for all department on IT related issues
  • Assist with training of Agents
  • Source and deploy budget friendly, efficient and effective IT solutions to solve organization’s problems and improve processes.

Requirements

  • Degree in relevant field
  • Previous experience in Similar role
  • Must possess Confidentiality, Professionalism, Organization and Problems solving skills
  • Minimum of 3 years work experience.
  • Experience in Sports betting industry will be an advantage.

Salary

  • N100,000 - N150,000 monthly.
