We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: IT / Application Support Officer

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Detailed Description

  • Interested person should be familiar with both the technologies used in developing the Apps and Web panels and the Application-hosting environment for maintaining and testing the applications. The Resource will be the backend Admin user of our application.

Technologies Used
iOS Application Technology:

  • Language Used: Swift 5 - Native
  • IDE used: XCode (Version 10.2)
  • Data source: Webservice using PHP, MySQL and JSON.

Android Application Technology:

  • Language Used: Java (Version 7 / 8) - Native
  • IDE used: Android Studio (Version 3.3 and also compatible to latest version)
  • Data source: Webservice using PHP, MySQL and JSON.

Web Panel & Admin Panel Technology:

  • Language: PHP 7.1
  • Database: MySQL 5.7.x and above
  • Framework: OOPS based Core PHP Structure.

API's Used:

  • Geo-location on the Map- Google Maps Geolocation API- Google Maps Geocoding API- Google Maps Embed API- Google Maps JavaScript API- Google+ API- Google Maps Android API- Google Maps SDK for iOS- Google Places API Web Service - Google Places API for Android- Google Places API for iOS- Google Map Distance Matrix API - Google Map Directions API.

Notifications:

  • Push notifications:
    • APNS for iOS
    • FCM for Android
  • Event Notifications:
    • Socket Cluster Technology (socketcluster.io)
    • NodeJS (nodejs.org/en/)

3rd Party Integration:

  • SMS Gateway
  • Google Firebase (https://firebase.google.com)
  • VOIP.

Application-Hosting Environment:

  • VPS or Dedicated Linux Server with WHM/cPanel installed with following configuration:
    • Root user SSH Access-
    • PHP Version : 7.1.x
    • MySql Version : 5.7.x
    • MySqli enabled
    • .HTACCESS Enabled
    • Apache web server
    • ION CUBE Loader Installed
    • cPanel/WHM Installed with FTP & PHPMYADMIN DB
    • SSL Certificate
    • Install/Enable mbstring for PHP version
    • Enable file_get_contents function or enable allow_url_fopen setting in PHP

    • Port 2195 to be open for both incoming and outgoing
    • CURL Enabled
    • Short_open_tag enabled
    • Disable strict mode in MySQL.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree qualification.
  • 5 - 10 years experience.
  • Interested persons should reside around VI/Lekki

Salary
N100,000 monthly.
