Tailorbricks is a limited liability company, incorporated in Nigeria in April 2012 under the Companies and Allied Matters Act, 1990 (RC 1024740).

Tailorbricks was an inspiration triggered by the huge vacuum in quality housing in Nigeria – the enormous and ever increasing housing deficit, the dearth of infrastructure and poor residential scenery. The desire to challenge the status-quo and rebuild Nigeria’s residential landscape, city by city, council by council, gave birth to Tailorbricks.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Investment Advisor

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Candidate is required to promote and sell real estate investment products.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect & generate sales leads within assigned territory
  • Develop a database of qualified leads
  • Engage prospects & ensure deal closure in good time
  • Sell consultatively & make recommendations to prospects on various product options
  • Assist in implementation of company’s marketing plans.

Requirements

  • Selling & communication skills
  • Ordinary National Diploma (OND)
  • Flair for marketing.

Remuneration
Progressive Base Salary + Sales Commission + Performance Bonus.
