Recore Limited - Our client, a brand leader in the FMCG manufacturing industry in Nigeria has requested our services in the provision of skilled manpower to promote her operational efficiency within the capacity below:

Job Position: Industrial Electrician

Job Location: Lagos
Job Type: Contract (6 months)

Job Responsibilities/Accountabilities

  • Designing, maintaining, implementing and improving electrical instruments, facilities, components, equipment, products or systems for industrial purposes
  • Performing wide range of engineering tasks by operating computer assisted design or engineering equipment
  • Install, repair and maintain electrical components of industrial equipment
  • Make decisions based on technical documents
  • Performing quality testing and inspections
  • Work as a team member to complete projects
  • Observe safety procedures and meet electrical codes
  • Preparing specifications for purchases of electrical equipment and materials
  • Writing reports and computing data regarding existing and potential electrical engineering projects and studies
  • Ensuring compliance with specifications, codes or installation requirements by directing and coordinating installation, maintenance, documentation, support or testing activities.

Requirements

  • First degree holder in Electrical Engineering or journeyman certificate as an electrical engineer expert
  • Minimum of three years cognate experience
  • Experience in an industrial setup is advantageous
  • Knowledge of electrical systems, hand tools and industrial equipment
  • Awareness of National, state and local electrical codes and regulations
  • Certification and trainings as an electrical expert are necessary
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Motivated self-starter who can manage projects and decisions
  • Ability to read schematics and other technical documents
  • Must be able to work as part of a team

Remuneration
Monthly Gross: N80,000
