We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resource Officer

Location: Kaduna
Employment Type: Full Time

About the Role

  • The role of HR Officer is to provide proactive support to the business.
  • You will work with the HR Manager to add real value through proactive partnering with the business, effective HR operations and rolling out employee-led programs to ensure development and productivity.
  • You will participate in HR activities such as recruitment and selection, employee engagement, and training and development.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • You are a HR Officer with two to four years of work experience in an administrative capacity.
  • You have a keen interest in human resources management and interested in pursuing and building a career in this field.
  • You are results-driven with a collaborative style and a positive attitude.
  • You are flexible and open to change, with a positive, can-do attitude to work. You are a focused individual with the ability to drive personal, team and business growth and maximize opportunities.
