We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resource Executive

Location: Abuja

Job Description

  • We are looking to hire a Human Resource Executive to handle all her HR Recruitment needs for it and the subsidiaries. Candidate should be in Abuja as relocation will not be covered by the company.
  • The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for leading and directing the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department for the Group. This will include hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.

Job Duties

  • Deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business.
  • Handle Employee Relations, measure employee satisfaction and identify areas that require improvement.
  • Oversee structuring of the company’s Performance Management Processes as well as implementation thereof.
  • Oversee the Learning & Development needs of the Group.
  • Preparing and implementing the training and development processes for the Group.
  • Manage talent and succession planning; taking overall responsibility for recruitment activity and campaigns for each of the subsidiaries.
  • Develop and implement business and people’s solutions.
  • Implement (subject to managements approval) policies and procedures
  • Liaise with management on the organization’s policies and strategic development.
  • Working with senior managers, coaching them, and advising on all people issues.
  • Other related HR responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as an HR Officer.
  • Excellent knowledge of various HR functions such as pay & benefits, recruitment, onboarding, evaluation, training & development etc.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solver.
  • Good decision-making skills.
  • Strong ethical standards
