Requirements

  • Relevant first degree
  • 5 – 10 years’ requisite work experience in dynamic work environments
  • Has experience managing change
  • Will be extensively involved in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Is self-motivated, can lead and or work in a team
  • Is articulate and can present data/information clearly
  • Has knowledge and experience working with HR Software
  • Is willing to work additional hours to get the job done and build the brand.
