We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: HR / Admin Manager

Location: Lagos

Primary Functions

  • Administration (Office, People and Documents)
  • HR issue (staff, freelance and contractor) including managing recruitment, welfare, and performance
  • Corporate Function ( manage all regulatory and international partners relationship)
  • Secretarial Functions ( writing letters, proposals, minute, memo, etc)
  • Management Functions.. managing and coordinate all project and team.

Requirements
Competence:

  • IT and Computer Proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Digital and Social Media Platforms Proficiency
  • Book keeping, Business Writing and Office Admin Proficiency
  • HR, CSR and Relationship management Proficiency
  • Team build and supervision Proficiency.

Personal Traits:

  • Tech Savy, SELF driven, Goal-getter and Enterprising Spirit.

Likely Specialization:

  • Chartered Accountants or HR Expert or Lawyer or Business Development Expert..
  • Gender..Male or Female (Female Preferred)
  • Age...Not less than 27 - 35 years.
