Location: Magodo, Lagos

Job Description / Responsibilities
- Payroll administration and management.
- Develop and Implement policies.
- Daily routine checks round all departments.
- Monitoring staff performance and attendance.
- Resolve guest and employee issues.
- Performance management coordination.
- Perform advisory role to management on issues relating to Labor Law in Nigeria.
- Ensure that staffs are neatly and well dressed.
- Conduct daily management meeting.
- Work hand in hand with the General Manager to ensure there is no service failure.
- Other duties assigned by the CEO.
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree / HND qualification with 2 - 4 years work experience.
