HRLeverage Africa - Our client, a  hotel business in the highbrow of Lagos State and Ago-iwoye in Ogun State,  is currently recruiting suitable candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Hotel Manager

Location: Lagos Mainland - Lagos and Ago-iwoye - Ogun

Job Responsibilities

  • Inspect the grounds, public areas and guest rooms for appearance and cleanliness.
  • Keep tracks of hotel’s financials.
  • Interview, hire, train and terminate staff.
  • Monitor staff performance, ensuring the hotel is running well and guests are happy
  • Answer guest questions about hotel services and policies
  • Set budgets and room rates, allocate funds, and approve expenditures for various departments.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of OND.
  • 1 - 5 years experience in hotel management or similar position.

Skills:

  • Ability to lead a large group.
  • Attention to details.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stressed environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage several budgets.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Candidate should be ready to resume immediately and must reside in Lagos Mainland or Ago-iwoye in Ogun state.

Salary
N70,000  - N80,000 Monthly.
