Stitch and Sbylisa is a women wear brand that produces fashinable pieces for women between the ages of 20-65.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head Tailor

Location: Abuja Municipal Area Council (AMAC), Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Responisble for cutting fabrics for self and other tailors
  • Ensure that all production targets are met
  • Constantly developing new techniques on how to get work done quickly
  • Ensuring quality standards for the brand is maintained at all times
  • Producing clothes according to templates given or inline with sketches/ styles given
  • Carryout other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

  • OND Holder / Degree holder
  • 3 years experience with mass production of clothes
  • Good with making English / Corporate and Native Clothes
  • Good Knowledge of pattern drafting
  • Sociable
  • Can work with little supervision

Maximum Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of best practices in the Fashion Industry
  • Keen attention to details
  • Can provide good / neat finishing
  • Active listener and amieable
  • Always willing to take instructions and learn new approaches to doing things
  • Excellent cutting skills
  • Ability to interprete sketches / styles
  • Ability to work with the Company's established guidelines particularly with product lines.
