A foremost Private Members Family Club in a quiet and serene area of Lagos Island, Lagos State is recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Head of Operations
Reports to: The General Manager.
We requires the services of a top notch Head of Operations to compliment the services of management in providing total guest services delivery to memebers of the club.
Planning, implementingand maintaining quality assurance protocols for the Club.
Overseeing accounts payable and accounts receivables.
Playing key role in budgeting, cost planning and management of assets.
Overseeing materials and inventory management.
Ensuring the effective implementation of strategic and organizational objectives.
Managing timely data collection and analysis to update operations metrics to achieve set targets; reducing operational costs, eliminating wastes and errors and ensuring excellent customer service delivery.
Partnering with various departments to improve proprietarytools and systems.
Ensuring working conditions of all Club’s sportingfacilities and equipment.
Providing timely monthly reports on budget performance and operational activities and ensuring prompt reviews as maybe required.
The preferred candidate must possess the following qualifications:
A First Degree or its equivalent in management sciences.
An MBA is an added advantage.
A professional certification in Operations Management from a recognized ManagementAssociation.
12 years experience in the hospitality industry, of which five must be at management level.
Strong budgeting developrnent and oversight skills.
Conflict managementand business negotiations skills.
Excellent team playerand cross-functional coordinating abilities.
Strong IT proficiencyand use of management software.
Management, accountingand financial skills.
Good oral and written communication skills.
