We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head of Marketing

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Job Description

  • Provide service leadership related to Marketing and Communications of business.
  • Ensure that high-quality services are delivered effectively, efficiently and consistently, whether it is direct or indirect communications.
  • Ensure that the businesses marketing communications promote the right message to maintain a good brand image.
  • Act as the lead officer in all Marketing and Communications activities, accessible and approachable for other employees to see them as an advisor and point of contact, to provide high-quality advice to solve any problems they may have.
  • Be solution-based, this will be a big part of the job, ability to think on your feet is a must.
  • Craft strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative
  • Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department as well as manage the marketing calendar.
  • Set, monitor and report on team goals.
  • Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies
  • Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material
  • Analyze consumer behaviour and determine customer personas
  • Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
  • Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)
  • Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness.

Qualifications

  • Over five years experiences in sales and marketing ( would be great if in the real estate sector)
  • Degree in Marketing ( or other related courses)
  • Masters in Marketing or related courses ( would be a plus but not necessary)
  • Content creation skills would be a plus if they know how to use adobe suite

Skills Required:

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Well organized with strong customer-service, writing and presentation skills
  • Technical proficiency in a variety of software programs e.g Microsoft office.
  • An ability to lead the marketing team and work with vendors
  • Ability to innovate and motivate a team
  • Drive to accomplish deadlines and meet marketing target
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
