Job Title: Head, Digital Marketing Communications

Location: Chevron Drive, Lagos
Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary

Head the marketing communications department, aligning all the talents in the department towards increasing the revenue of the organization through marketing communications.

Job Description

Train the Marketing communications Team
Interact with management regarding expectations / assignments for the department
Create and launch digital marketing campaigns in line with the organization's objectives
Create and execute content strategy for the organization
Supervise day-to-day activities of the department
Production of video contents
Management of social media platforms
Distribution of contents to ambassadors
Supervising the monitoring of ambassadors' pages for leads and engaging with the audience
Delegate tasks directly assigned by the management or inferred upon from projects to the members of the marketing communications department and supervise output
Manage the online reputation of the company
Send reports on ongoing campaigns and digital activities undertaken by the organization
Ensure that members of your department are working effectively and cohesively.
Take deliberate steps towards the development of technical skills by members of the department to improve performance and results.
Give feedbacks to the management on the needs / areas of improvement of the department and the company as a whole (based on audience feedback / testimonials).Supervise your team's participation in events by providing detailed brief and assignments to the team members involved.

Requirements

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 5 years' experience or more in similar position
Experience managing a creative team
Creativity and attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Passion-you have to be all about getting the job done
Proximity to the job location
