Trinity Plantations Limited is an Integrated Agricultural Enterprise of the Oil Palm Value Chain; Cattle Ranch; Feed Mill; and Spices. The 10,000 hectare plantation project is at its first stage of 2,000-hectare with an Automated Oil Mill & Refining Factory (240 tons FFB per day), scheduled to commence operations in March 2021. The venture is funded by the Federal Government of Nigeria through the Commercial Agriculture Intervention Window of the CBN.

We are recruiting to fill the position of:

Job Title: General Manager

Location: Aniofu Town, Delta
Duration: 3 Years Contract

Responsibilities

  • To help develop and implement strategic vision, robust industrial structure, and management processes master plan on a real time online platform.
  • To drive the Milling processes at the highest quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • To design and implement engineering and maintenance matrix to meet the performance strategies of the company.
  • To maximize the economic potentials of the enterprise and design sustainable blueprint for 10,000 hectare future expansion.
  • To develop technical and entrepreneurial training matrix for youths in our host community to enable them benefit from the macro economic opportunities generated by the enterprise.

Remuneration

  • Salary shall be performance based and target driven, (+ -) US Dollars $40,000 per annum (or naira equivalent),
  • Plus furnished accommodation, Cook / steward, Driver etc
  • Bonus (+ -) 5 per cent of profit before tax.
