Rossland Group since the year 2000 provides market research and management consulting services to clients in the private and public sectors within and outside Nigeria. In 2013, it expanded the scope of its services to include Professional Background Screening and Business Brokerage. In 2015 and 2016, it added franchise consulting and recruitment services respectively

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Front Office Manager

Location: Jabi, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc. qualification
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years working experience
  • Must have worked as a Customer Service officer or Receptionist Manager in a reputable organisation (Especially in the Hospitality Industry)
  • Must have excellent Customer Service Experience
  • Must have an indepth Knowledge on How to run the Front Office and also Manage the Officers Professionally
  • Must Have a very Good Managerial Skill
  • Must be hardworking
  • Must have Excellent Communication skill
  • Must have very Good Computer knowledge and be Social media savvy
  • Must be based around the Job location.

Salary
N60,000 - N80,000 / month.
