KnowledgeWare's state-of-the-art digital centre is fully eqipped with over two hundred sytems (Laptop and desktop computers), a seating capacity of 150, projectors and screens, Wireless and LAN Internet access, installed CCTV Cameras, a standby 30KVA Power generating set, and an efficient lighting and cooling system suitable for all training, conference and assessment needs.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Front Desk Officer (Female)

Location: Sururlere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
  • Greet and welcome guests
  • Answer questions and address complaints
  • Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
  • Receiveletters, packages etc. and distribute them
  • Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
  • Check, sort and forward emails
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Keep updated records and files
  • Monitor office expenses and costs

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an OND qualification with 1 - 2 years work experience.
  • Good communication skill (English and Yoruba )
  • Must live around Surulere axis

Salary
N20,000 - N30,000 / month.
