We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Front Desk Executive

Location: Opebi / Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • We are looking for a front desk executive who will oversee the reception and perform secretarial duties at our main entrance desk.
  • You will perform a range of duties including answering phone calls, managing the switchboard, and maintaining the office budget.
  • As the face of our company, your central goal is to provide our clients with outstanding customer service and support and demonstrate a friendly and outstanding people’s skills.
  • You should have a talent for multi-tasking, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and provide them with superb customer service.
  • Answer questions and address complaints
  • Ensure that calls are answered as per procedures.
  • Respond to emails, chats and social media communications
  • Provide the relevant process reports on a daily basis.
  • Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
  • Accept all letters and packages, and distribute them to their appropriate departments.
  • Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
  • Check, sort and forward emails
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Keep updated records and files
  • Monitor office expenses and costs
  • Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc).
  • Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies such as pens, forms, and paper.
  • Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department and take down messages.
  • Monitor, organize and forward emails.
  • Track and order office equipment and supplies.

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND or relevant qualification with Computer literacy (MS Office packages)
