Job Title: Food and Beverage Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • To manage day to day F&B operations in multiple restaurants and ensuring highest standards and excellent guest experience.
  • Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure that food quality, presentation are up to international standard.
  • Write menus, food costing, supervision of Chefs, kitchens and restaurant staff.
  • Meticulous attention to details essential.
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations.

Requirements

  • Culinary School Diploma or Degree in Hotel and Catering Management or related field with at least 5 years of experience.
  • Internatlonal experience will be an advantage.
  • Good communication and leadership skills essential.
