Mensro Services Limited (RC No. 1022900) - Is incorporated under the Companies and Allied Matters Act of the Federal Republic of Nigeria to offer Oil & Gas as well as Maritime Engineering services to both local and international firms operating Upstream and Downstream. Our core human capital has experiences in the local and international Maritime / Oil & Gas Engineering services industry spanning over ten (10) years.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Fleet Manager

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • We are looking for a Fleet manager who will be our logistics specialist in the transportation department of our company.

Responsibilities

  • Developing efficient driver schedules to maximize profits,
  • Managing drivers so they adhere to strict schedules,
  • Finding ways to cut costs and maximize profits,
  • Developing strategies for greater fuel efficiency,
  • Maintaining detailed records of vehicle servicing and inspection,
  • Scheduling regular maintenance to ensure operational efficiency,
  • Ensuring strict servicing and maintenance times to minimize downtime and maintain schedules,
  • Monitoring driver behavior and ensuring a high level of customer service,
  • Analyzing data to increase business operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • HND / BSc in Accounting or relevant field,
  • Outstanding organizational skills,
  • Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills,
  • Attention to detail,
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills,
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
