Job Title: Female Customer Service / Tele-Sales Officer

Location: Abule Egba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Job Description

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Business Development teams
  • Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Promote companyТs Services
  • Resolving product or service queries in a timely manner by identifying customer needs, clarifying
  • The officer is responsible for managing the companyТs social media platform
  • Must be creative and innovative
  • Work with designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
  • The officer must have a thick skin" to be able to handle complaints and unpleasant customers.
  • The officer will maintain a well compartmentalize database of customer contact information.
  • The officer will send seasonal greetings to customers via text messages and emails.

Requirements

  • SSCE / OND / HND / in relevant field
  • 1-2 years work experience. 
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Must have good social media skills
  • Excellent computer skills.

Salary
N500,000 - N1,200,000 / annum.
