Agro Renewal Movement International Limited (ARMI) a privately driven organization, with RC NO: 1431693, created towards developing our agricultural sector and helps the government policy of diversifying the economy of the country from the oil sector to opening opportunities in the non-oil sector; where agriculture play a pivotal role.

Also in collaboration with our partners, delivers agribusiness development schemes; we help to facilitate some of the much-needed support initiatives. These initiatives are to create wealth for the people and make agriculture a major socio-economic development contributor. We play active role in Real estate and Investmnet service related areas aswell.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Female Customer Care and Sales Representative

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Respond to online inquiries such as social media platforms
  • Call all leads and follow up contact,ensure they convert to paying clients
  • Send emails on new products to existing and intending customers
  • Sell the company's product and services to new clients
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree, OND qualification with at least 2 years work experience.

Salary
N30,000 - N60,000 / month.
