Job Title: Female Admin / Account Executive

Location: GRA Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Roles and Responsibilities

Produce weekly and Monthly management as well as financial reports (Bank reconciliation)
Show true reflection of company's financial status
Provide sound financial advice to the management
Financial liaison with Vendors re Quote validation, negotiate payment terms
Cash Flow analysis and Projection (Monthly)
Staff Payroll Management (Statutory taxes etc)
Liaise with External Auditors
Internal cost control system. Enforce guidelines for Expenditure
Weekly expenditure analysis (Top Spenders)
Quarterly Budget preparation
Coordinate all Statutory Obligations - VAT, PAYE, Income TAX

Ensure all office supplies are in place everyday
Directly support the CEO, via managing his calendar meetings and correspondence and any other official assignment given by the CEO.

Qualification and Experience

BSc. in Accounting, accounting professional experience is an added advantage
At least 3yrs experience in Accounting and Office Administration
AAT qualification is an added advantage

Typical Work Activities:

Financial management and reporting
Work hand in hand with all departments in administrative duties.
Office/Facility management
Supervise the office assistants to give top-notch administrative support
Working knowledge, skills and competencies and attributes
Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role
Solid knowledge of office procedures
Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail.
