A 16 Unit Residential Estate is looking to recruit suitably qualifid candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Facility Officer

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full time

Description
You will be managing a 16 unit estate in Lekki Phase 1 if successful.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all equipment on site
  • Maintenance of common equipment, facilities and personnel
  • Manage building personnel including but not limited to cleaners, security etc.
  • Track all expenses and ensure all books are ACCURATELY kept updated at all times

Candidate Skill Requirements

  • HND / HNC minimum certificate level required with a minimum of 3 years work experience.
  • Computer proficient (knowledge of Excel required)
  • Diligent, autonomous worker
  • Detail-oriented, thorough problem solver and fast learner
  • Experience in Facility Management
  • Experience in book-keeping preferable

Salary

  • N80,000 - 100,000 monthly.
