Job Description

You will be managing a 16 unit estate in Lekki Phase 1 if succesful.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all equipment on site
  • Maintenance of common equipment, facilities and personnel
  • Manage building personnel including but not limited to cleaners, security etc.
  • Track all expenses and ensure all books are ACCURATELY kept updated at all times

Candidate Skill Requirements

  • HND/HNC minimum certificate level required with a minimum of 3 years work experience.
  • Computer proficient (knowledge of Microsoft excel and word required)
  • Diligent, autonomous worker
  • Detail oriented, thorough problem solver and fast learner
  • Experience in Facility Management
  • Experience in book-keeping preferable

Salary

  • N80,000-100,000 monthly with option to review upwards after probation period

 

Please Note: Candidate should live in close enough proximity to the estate  or have adequate means to get to work by 8.00am - 5pm Monday to Friday. Saturday's 8am-12pm.
