Formia Nigeria Limited - Our client, Camilla Brook Place (Creche and Preschool), a contemporary educational facility dedicated to the early years of childhood education is looking to fill the position below:

Job Title: Facility Manager

Location: Yaba, Lagos
Job Type: Full time

Duties
He / She will be responsible for:

  • Providing advise on measure to improve cost-effectiveness and efficiency of the school facility
  • Receive and respond to requests of school building occupants
  • Performing routine checks of the school building and its surroundings
  • Overseeing building renovations, refurbishments and building projects
  • Ensuring that the building meets government regulations and evnvironmental security, health and safety standards
  • Supervising teams of ground staff including cleaning, maintenance and security
  • Providing reports on the status of all mechanical, electrical and plumbing facilities and making recommendations

Qualifications

  • HND or BSc in relevant field
  • Experience: 3-5 years in facilities Management

Skills:

  • Strong negotiation and procurement skills
  • Good knowledge of general maintenance methods and safety precautions as it relates to facility management.
  • Team management and organisational skills
