We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Facility Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description / Responsibilities

  • Supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance and security;
  • Ensuring that basic facilities, such as water and heating, power and all maintenance projects are well-maintained;
  • Effective Management of the Facility with up to date software and systems;
  • Co-ordinate a functional work plan for routine maintenance checks;
  • Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness;
  • Allocating and managing space between buildings;
  • Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations on environmental, health and security standards
  • Advising the Company on increasing energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness;
  • Oversee building projects, renovations or refurbishment;
  • Assist in any relocation projects as the need arises.

Requirements

  • HND qualification.
  • 5-7 Years Experience.
  • Preferably Male.
