Job Title: Facility Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Description
You will be managing a 6 floor office building in Broad Street if succesful.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all equipment on site
  • Maintenance of common equipment, facilities and personnel
  • Track all raw material requirements and the stock level of finished goods
  • Manage building personnel including but not limited to cleaners, security etc.
  • Track all expenses and ensure all books are ACCURATELY kept updated at all times

Candidate Skill Requirements

  • HND/HNC minimum certificate level required with a minimum of 3 years work experience.
  • Computer proficient (knowledge of excel required)
  • Diligent, autonomous worker
  • Detail oriented, thorough problem solver and fast learner
  • Experience in Facility Management
  • Experience in book-keeping preferable

Salary

  • N80,000 monthly
