We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Experienced Audit Staff

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • We are looking for a reliable and experienced Audit Staff who will be assisting the auditteam with planning and administration of assignments, drafting financial statements, prepare budgets, conduct financial audits, and verify the financial information of the organization and our clients.
  • Responsible for audit service delivery and ensure timely and quality audit deliverables on the work done by selfand by other junior team members.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing and maintaining audit budgets.
  • Planning and directing company financial audits.
  • Ensuring the organisation is compliant with current legislation and best practices.
  • Verifying company financial information.
  • Supporting the accounting and auditing teams in their daily functions.
  • Preparing audit reports and statements for review.
  • Knowledgeably answering client audit queries in good time.

Skills / Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Economics or Statistics.
  • Minimum of 2 years work expereince.
  • Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Advanced Knowledge of accounting and auditing procedures.
  • Team player.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Project planning and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
  • Familiarity with accounting and office software.
