Job Title: Executive Assistant to the MD
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
The ideal candidate is expected to:
Uphold MD’s productivity by managing calendar, schedules and handling administrative tasks
Facilitate product and proposal development through in-depth research and provision of current, market information
Project company’s positive image through professionally written communication and oral engagements
Support MD’s brainstorming efforts, peace of mind and customer satisfaction through specific communication, proactive problem solving and openness to learning
Manage company’s partners and freelancers by following up, communicating effectively, escalating and monitoring project action items
The ideal person should have the following skills and attributes:
Candidates should possess Master's degree, BSc, MBA qualification
Must have 5-10 years work experience.
Organization and Time-management
Problem solving skills
Use of Microsoft Outlook and Virtual Video tools
Openness to learn and receive feedback
