Job Title: Dispatch Rider

Location: Ebute Meta

Job Description

  • Picking up items and delivering them safely to customers.
  • Arrange shipments by checking stock to determine inventory levels; anticipate delivery requirement, placing and expediting orders.
  • Ship items by examining items, destination, route, rate and delivery time
  • Attend to customer complaints at the point of delivery

Job Specifications

  • Candidates must possess at least an SSCE qualification
  • Required years of experience: 3 years of experience
  • Proven experience as a dispatcher or relevant position.
  • Ability to communicate, read and write.
  • Have good numeracy skills for delivery and expenses records.
  • Being polite when attending to customer complaints
