Job Title: Dental Surgeon

Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full Time
Reporting to: The Manager of Clinical Practice.

Job Description

  • Seeking Full Time Dental Surgeon to join a start-up Dental Clinic with state-of-the-art equipment in the Mainland (Ilupeju/Ladipo/Mushin Axis).
  • The successful candidate should be skilled in a full range of general dentistry procedures and will have a passion for building strong patient relationships and contributing to their ongoing oral health.
  • The successful candidate should be compassionate and understands the importance of providing ongoing oral health care. You will have the opportunity to work alongside a strong team of talented people who love dentistry.
  • The successful candidate will also have access to online continuing education to upgrade their knowledge on dentistry.

Functions includes but not limited to:

  • Recommending and performing oral examinations and procedures; formulating treatment plans, informing/obtaining consent from clients and families of treatment plans, liaising with community partners and external stakeholders to promote oral health and access to our services; and develops program policies and ensures adherence to dental clinic policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Dental Surgeon with 3-5 years post qualification experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge of dental procedures, tools and diagnostics
  • Knowledge and demonstrated ability in corporate core competencies including customer focus, communication, collaboration and personal ownership.
  • Licensed and in good standing with the regulatory body
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with staff and clients.
