We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Delivery Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Details

  • We are a newly launched delivery company and currently sourcing for Delivery Managers in a few locations particularly in Lagos for now.

Job Descritption

  • You will be responsible for organising all deliveries to customers and liaising directly with the customer and company.
  • Must be computer literate, work under pressure in a fast paced environment. Working with excel sheets & mail mergers.
  • Responsible for all outgoing deliveries within assigned location.
  • Fulfilment centre deliveries.
  • Print delivery labels off & checking all ok.
  • Processing claims for product damages with the courier.
  • Outbound calls checking contact information is correct
  • Liaising with couriers on a daily basis checking our delivery and collection times
  • Checking courier invoices weekly to ensure ok for payment with no discrepancies
  • Upload tracking updates for thier location
  • Must meet time deadlines throughout the day among other assigned duties.

Requirement

  • Minimum Qualification is OND / HND / BSc
