Job Title: Data Entry Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Descriptions

  • Prepares database by updating all information as required.
  • Validate the accuracy of existing data
  • Verification, correction and re-entering of data.
  • Checks files to eliminate duplication of data.
  • Completing database back-ups to secure information.
  • Store completed documents in designated location.
  • Research and obtain further information for incomplete data
  • Maintain logbooks or records of activities and tasks.

Requirements

  • Must possess a Diploma in Health Information Management and related fields.
  • Detail-oriented and ability to multi-task
  • Good communication skills.
  • Fast and accurate typing skills.
  • Formal computer training would be an advantage.
