RetailPoint Solutions Limited provides and deploys Point of Sale – POS Machines for business using various POS Hardware & Softwares. Our products can be deployed across various retail platforms where transaction data is critical to Management.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Customer Success Personnel
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Job Type: Full Time
Act as Goto Person between customers and the company as it relates to Service (Sales and Technical).
Provide technical support services to customers.
Develop and sustain customer's loyalty.
Work with various Team Leads to address customer issues.
Follow up on customers inquiries.
Follow up and improve on boarding process on customer projects.
Manage our Customer Support Channels.
Liaise with Technical support and sales team to ensure customer's satisfaction.
A good Degree in Computer Science related discipline, Computer Engineering, Project Management or its related course from a recognized university / polytechnic.
Candidates should have minimum two (2) years work experience in Customer success and Technical support.
The ideal candidate should:
