Fastest Cakes is a registered brand in Nigeria that focuses on delivering awesome and affordable cakes very fast. The company isdeeply committed to ensuring that ordering and getting cakes for occasionsis seamless and fun. The core team has some serious experience and has successfully produced and delivered over 10,000 cakes unscathed in Lagos.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Taking calls and chats on behalf of the company
  • Helping clients choose the best cake that suits their budget
  • Converting leads to paying customers
  • Providing support for customers and getting feedback

Requirements

  • Minimum of a First Degree
  • Should have a valid NYSC discharge certificate
  • Very fluent in English
  • Basic use of computers must type fast
  • Should be able to chat fast on Whatsapp

Salary

  • Minimum of N50,000 monthly.
  • Additional bonuses when targets are met
  • Can be higher for more experienced applicants.
