  • Relevant Bachelor's Degree
  • 6-8 years in Customer Service
  • Organized, process-oriented, excellent in English Language
  • Proven leadership and management skills
  • In-depth knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Not less than 40 - 45 years of age.
