Job Overview

As the Customer Service Executive, you are responsible for achieving sales goals through exceptional customer service, providing product / services information, answering questions, and resolving any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities

Welcome walk-in clients
Develop in-depth knowledge of all products: their features and benefits
Respond to calls, emails, and direct messages on social media platforms(WhatsApp,Facebook, and Instagram)
Collect and record information and appointment details from walk-in clients
Book and confirm appointments
Send appointment reminders to clients
Prepare daily reports on sales
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Receive and process payments from walk-in clients
Confirm payments and send receipts via email
Reconcile clients orders with stylists
Keep records and follow up with stylists to know the status of clients orders
Ensure clients orders being sent out are in line with the company’s standards
Call clients to get feedback after-sales and services
Send company approved broadcast messages and newsletters to customers monthly
Take the extra mile to engage customers

Qualifications

Should possess a B.Sc. or HND in a related field.
3 years’ experience in a similar role.
Great interpersonal skills
Highly Organized and Self-control
Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Good organizational skills
Customer orientation and ability to adapt / respond to different customers
Effective listening skills
High emotional intelligence
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Salary
N80,000 - N120,000 / Month.
